For buyers & renters

Is FindHartanah free for buyers and renters? +
Yes. Browsing, contacting the owner or agent, saving listings and setting alerts are all free. We never charge you to view a property.
How do I contact the owner or agent? +
Open the listing and use the WhatsApp or "Let's View" button. Your message goes straight to the person handling that property — we do not sit in the middle.
How do I know a listing is still available? +
Every listing shows a status badge. Tap it to see when the owner or agent last confirmed the property is still available. Sold and rented ads are removed from the search.
Can I get told when the price drops? +
Yes. Save the property (the heart icon) and we email you when its price is reduced. You can also save a search and get an email when new matching listings appear.
How much can I afford? +
Use the free eligibility check and loan calculator under Property Tools. They estimate your monthly instalment and the price range that fits your income.

For owners posting an ad

How do I sell my house? +
Click "Post Free Ad" at the top, fill in your property details along with photos. Your ad will be reviewed by our team first (usually within 24 hours) before going live, to prevent spam/fake ads. Refer to our posting tutorial if you need help.
Why do I need to wait for approval? +
To ensure every listing on FindHartanah is genuine and properly formatted — not spam or a scam.
How much does it cost to post an ad? +
Nothing. An owner account can advertise up to 2 properties free — one for sale and one for rent.
How long does my ad stay up? +
A sale ad runs for 90 days and a rental ad for 30 days after approval. You can repost or edit it any time from My Ads.
What makes a good ad? +
Bright photos of every room, the real asking price, the exact area, and the built-up size. Ads with clear photos and a complete description get far more enquiries.
Can I edit or remove my ad? +
Yes. Go to My Ads, then edit, mark as sold, or delete. Changes are reviewed again before they go live.

For property agents

What's the difference between "By Owner" and "By Agent"? +
By Owner — the homeowner sells directly, themselves. By Agent — sold through a registered (REN) real estate agent who can help with the entire buy-sell process from A-Z.
I'm a real estate agent, how do I list my client's property? +
Register as an agent at COA Listing — a dedicated platform for registered agents (requires REN number & agency name).
What is Open COA? +
Open COA means the listing agent agreed to co-broke: another registered agent may market the property and share the commission, with the original agent's approval.
Do agent listings appear automatically? +
Agents post on COAListing. From there a listing can be pushed to FindHartanah, where buyers and owners can see it.

Account, alerts & privacy

How do I stop the email alerts? +
Open Settings in your account and switch off the alerts you no longer want. Each saved search can also be switched off on its own.
Can I delete my account? +
Yes — Settings, then Account. Deleting removes your saved listings, searches and any ads you posted.
I found a fake or wrong listing. What now? +
Use "Report this ad" on the listing page, or contact support. We check every report and remove ads that break the rules.
